TopBitSchool is an educational institution. Our courses, articles, worksheets, videos and any other material on this website are provided strictly for general educational purposes. They are not, and are not intended to be, financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making decisions that affect your personal finances.
3. Enrolment and fees
Course fees, schedules and start dates are confirmed in writing during enrolment. Payment terms and accepted payment methods are described in the enrolment communication. Where a payment plan is offered, the details — including instalment amounts and dates — are agreed in writing before enrolment is finalised.
4. Refund policy
If you decide that a course is not right for you, you may request a full refund within the first two weeks from your course start date by writing to hello@topbitschool.org. After this window, refunds may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis where exceptional personal circumstances apply. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen working days.
5. Access and account responsibilities
Enrolled learners receive personal access to a learner area containing course materials. Access is for your personal, non‑commercial use. You agree to keep your account credentials secure and not to share them with any other person. Sharing access may result in your account being suspended.
6. Use of the website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes, and not to:
- misuse the website by introducing viruses, harmful code, or other malicious material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server on which it is stored, or any related infrastructure;
- copy, redistribute, or republish any course material without our prior written permission;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with TopBitSchool.

Our site occasionally links to other websites that are not under our control. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not endorse the content of those sites and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
